An agent is running, which forwards email delivered into an mailbox for an user. The emails are forwarded to several recipients. For one of the recipients the message is hold, reporting the following error:
Error transferring to mailhost.HETNET.NL; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 554.5.1.0 Sender Denied.

I don't know what the problem is.

Can anyone help me?
